As parents, we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to get things right.

The right experiences.
The right opportunities.
The right things.

We want to give our kids everything.

And that’s not a bad thing.

But I’ve been thinking about something lately…

What if the things we stress about the most
aren’t the things they’ll remember at all?

I can’t remember every gift I got as a kid.

I don’t remember how much things cost.

But I do remember certain moments.

How it felt to laugh with my family.
How it felt when someone really listened to me.
How it felt to be seen.

That’s what stuck.

And it’s made me rethink a lot.

Because it means the pressure isn’t really about doing more.

It’s about being more present.

Being more intentional.

Creating moments where our kids feel something real.

Because in the end…

They won’t remember what we bought them.

They’ll remember how we made them feel.
