“An honest story about ADHD, entrepreneurship, and learning from mistakes while building Tiara4Harper one tiara at a time.” Here’s a slightly more emotional version if you want stronger engagement: small business struggles
TIARAS

Today my ADHD cost me a full day of sales.
All week I planned to sell tiaras at the swap and shop.
I told people about it.
Packed inventory.
Got mentally prepared.
Then last night… I saw a post for a FREE vendor pop-up event.
My brain instantly went:
“THIS is the better opportunity.”
So I changed plans.
Told everyone the new location.
Loaded everything up this morning and drove out there.
Nothing.
No vendors.
No event.
No crowd.
I looked back at the post…
It was from two weeks ago.
That moment hit hard.
Not because I lost one day of sales…
But because this is the kind of thing ADHD can do when you’re trying to build a business.
Your brain moves fast.
It chases possibility.
It pivots before verifying.
And sometimes you don’t realize the mistake until you’re standing in an empty parking lot with a car full of inventory.
Small business owners don’t just fight competition.
Sometimes we fight our own brains.
But I’m learning something important through all of this:
I don’t need more motivation.
I need better systems.
Dreams aren’t built by never making mistakes.
They’re built by learning how to protect yourself from the ones you repeat.
So tomorrow… we keep building.
One tiara at a time.
